      अभीष्ट मूल्य = 7260/0.66 × 1.05 = 11550 रूपए

      विस्तृत हल:

      माना क्रय मूल्य x रुपये है

      ⇒ विक्रय मूल्य = 7260 रुपये

      ⇒ हानि = x का 34% = 0.34x

      ⇒ क्रय मूल्य – हानि = 7260

      ⇒ x – 0.34x = 7260

      ⇒ 0.66x = 7260

      ⇒ x = 11000

      अब, 5% का लाभ अर्जित करने के लिए

      ⇒ विक्रय मूल्य = 11000 + 11000 का 5% = 11000 + 550 = 11550 रुपये


      Short trick:

      Required price = 7260/0.66 × 1.05 = Rs. 11550

      Detailed solution:

      Let the cost price be Rs. x.

      ⇒ Selling price = Rs. 7260

      ⇒ Loss = 34% of x = 0.34x

      ⇒ Cost price – loss = 7260

      ⇒ x – 0.34x = 7260

      ⇒ 0.66x = 7260

      ⇒ x = 11000

      Now, to gain a profit of 5%

      ⇒ Selling price = 11000 + 5% of 11000 = 11000 + 550 = Rs. 11550
