• Birth Date Criteria: Candidates must have been born not earlier than 01.01.1996 and not later than 31.12.2004 (both days inclusive).

Candidates can apply for vacancies in one Circle only. Posting will be restricted to the opted circle.

6. Educational Qualification & Experience

• Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.

• Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 2 years' experience (as on 31.12.2025) as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank.

• Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in the specified local language of the applied circle. 10th/12th mark sheets showing the language as a subject will exempt candidates from the language test.

7. Physical Standard Test (PST) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

• Not Applicable: As this is an administrative officer role in banking, there are no specific physical standard or efficiency tests (unlike police/forest exams). Only a basic Pre-employment Medical Fitness is required.

8. Mode of Selection (Detailed)

The selection process consists of three phases:

1. Phase I: Online Examination

   • Objective Test (120 Marks): 2 hours duration. Covers English, Banking Knowledge, General Awareness/Economy, and Computer Aptitude.

   • Descriptive Test (50 Marks): 30 minutes duration. English Language (Letter Writing & Essay).

2. Phase II: Screening

   • Applications and documents will be verified by a Screening Committee to ensure the 2-year experience and eligibility criteria are met.

3. Phase III: Interview

   • Candidates shortlisted from screening will be called for an Interview (50 Marks).

4. Local Language Test: Conducted for those who haven't studied the local language in 10th/12th.

9. Reservation Criteria

• Horizontal Reservation: 4% reservation for PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities).

• Vertical Reservation: Provided for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and EWS as per Government of India guidelines.

• Benefit of Reservation: Only for candidates who produce valid category certificates issued by competent authorities.
