RPF Constable Final Result 2026: Merit List, Zone-wise Cut-offs & Joining
The Ministry of Railways has officially declared the Final Results for the recruitment of Constables in the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF) under CEN No. 02/2024. Following the completion of the Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and Physical Measurement Test (PMT), the board has published the list of candidates provisionally selected for the final medical examination and appointment.

2. How to Check RPF Constable Final Result 2026

Visit Official Portal: Go to the official RPF recruitment website at rpf.indianrailways.gov.in.

Final Result Tab: Click on the link titled "Final Merit List for Constable (Exe) - CEN 02/2024".

Select Zone: Choose the group/zone you applied for (Group A, B, C, D, E, or F).

Download PDF: A PDF file will open containing the names and roll numbers of the selected candidates.

Search: Use the "Find" tool to locate your roll number.

Official Marksheet: To view your individual normalized score, log in using your Registration Number and Date of Birth on the RRB portal.
3. RPF Constable Final Cut-off Marks 2026
The final merit list is based on the marks obtained in the CBT, provided the candidate has qualified the PET/PMT. Below are the indicative cut-off trends for 2026:

Note: Cut-offs for Group D (Northern Railway) and Group C (Eastern Railway) are generally higher due to the large volume of applicants.
4. Next Stage: Medical Examination
Candidates found in the final merit list will be called for a medical examination at designated Railway Hospitals.

Medical Standard: Candidates must meet the B-1 Medical Category.

Visual Standards: Distant vision 6/9, 6/12 with or without glasses. Near vision 0.6, 0.6 with or without glasses while reading or doing close work.

Must Pass: Tests for color blindness, binocular vision, night vision, and mesopic vision.

General Health: Candidates must be free from flat feet, knock knees, squint eyes, and any physical deformities that may interfere with the discharge of duties.
5. Training & Appointment

Training: Selected candidates will undergo rigorous training for 6 months at various RPF training centers across India.

Stipend: During training, candidates will receive a basic pay of ₹21,700 plus admissible allowances.

Agreement Bond: Candidates must execute an agreement to serve the RPF for a minimum period of 5 years.
6. Important Instructions for Joining

Verification: Final appointment is subject to the verification of character and antecedents.

Reporting: Report to the Zonal Headquarters mentioned in your individual appointment letter on the specified date.

Documents: Carry all original educational certificates, caste certificates, and 10 recent passport-size photographs.
