6. Mode of Selection

  • Legal Officer: Paper-I (General Knowledge of Law - Objective & Descriptive) + Paper-II (English - Descriptive) + Interview.

  • Technical (Civil/Electrical): Paper-I (Objective - Job Knowledge) + Paper-II (Descriptive - Standard of B.E. Degree) + Interview.

  • AM Rajbhasha: Paper-I (Objective) + Paper-II (Descriptive Translation) + Interview.

  • AM Protocol & Security: Online Objective Exam (Reasoning, English, GA, Professional Knowledge) + Interview.

7. Syllabus Overview (Appendix-II)

  • Legal Officer: Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Financial Sector Laws, Procedural Laws, and Statutory Interpretation.

  • Protocol & Security: Security Concepts, Risk Assessment, Security Hardware (X-Ray, Metal Detectors), Fire Safety, CCTV Surveillance, Disaster Management, and Information Security.

  • Rajbhasha: Translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa, Official Language Policy of Govt of India.

9. Reservation & Physical Standards

  • Reservation: Benefits are as per Govt of India norms. OBC (NCL) certificates must be based on FY 2024-25, 2023-24, and 2022-23 income.

  • Physical Requirements (Protocol & Security): While there isn't a "Police-style" PET table, the role requires a minimum of 10 years of Commissioned Military service. Functional requirements include Sitting, Standing, Walking, Bending, etc. (S, ST, W, BN).
