3. Identify Link: Look for the link titled "Final Selection List for the post of Management Trainee, Clerk and Specialist Officer 2025-26".

4. Login: Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth if prompted, or simply download the merit list PDF.

5. Verification: Search for your roll number in the PDF. Successful candidates will also receive individual appointment letters via their registered email.

3. Selection Process & Merit Calculation

The final selection has been made based on the combined performance of candidates in:

• Online Written Test: Objective test covering Reasoning, English, General Awareness, and Quantitative Aptitude.

• Personal Interview: Conducted to assess behavioral traits and banking knowledge.

• Weightage: The final merit list is prepared by assigning specific weightage to both the written test and the interview marks.

5. Indemnity Bond Requirements

Candidates selected for the posts are required to execute an Indemnity Bond to serve the bank for a minimum period. Failure to do so will result in the payment of the bond amount as specified:

• Management Trainee: Bond of ₹2.00 Lakhs for 2 Years.

• Clerk: Bond of ₹1.00 Lakh for 1 Year.

• Specialist Officer: Bond details vary based on grade/scale.

6. Mandatory Documents for Joining

Selected candidates must report for joining with the following original documents:

• Final Result/Offer Letter: Printed copy of the appointment mail or result status.

• Educational Certificates: 10th, 12th, and Graduation/Post-Graduation mark sheets and degrees.

• Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Passport (if available).

• Character Certificates: Two certificates from Gazetted Officers or persons of repute.
