2. Selection Process

The selection process for NABARD Development Assistant consists of three major stages:

  1. Phase-I (Preliminary Exam): Online objective test (Screening only).

  2. Phase-II (Main Exam): Online objective and descriptive test.

  3. Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Qualifying test in the regional language of the state applied for.

4. How to Download NABARD Admit Card 2026

  1. Visit Official Website: Go to www.nabard.org.

  2. Career Notices: Click on the "Working with NABARD" or "Career Notices" section.

  3. Find Link: Locate the link titled "Download Call Letter for Phase-I Preliminary Examination - Development Assistant/Assistant (Hindi) 2025-26".

  4. Enter Credentials: Use your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth (DD-MM-YY).

  5. Download: Enter the captcha and download your admit card.

  6. Print: Take a clear printout (preferably color) on A4 size paper.

5. Mandatory Documents for Exam Hall

Candidates must bring the following to the exam center:

  • Printed Call Letter with a recent passport-size photograph pasted on it.

  • Original Photo ID: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport.

  • Photocopy of ID: A clear photocopy of the same ID proof mentioned above (to be submitted at the center).

  • Ballpoint Pen: Blue or Black.

6. Important Guidelines

  • Reporting Time: Arrive at the center at least 45 minutes before the time mentioned on your call letter for biometric registration.

  • Biometrics: Thumb impression and iris scan/photo capture will be done at the venue.

  • Late Entry: No candidate will be allowed inside the hall after the start of the examination or gate closure.

  • Prohibited Items: No electronic devices, calculators, wristwatches, or study material are allowed inside the examination hall.
