Enter your Application Number (or Registration ID) and Date of Birth.

Login Credential Note: You may be required to enter the first 2 letters of your mother's name and the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar card (e.g., if Mother's name is SANGEETA and Aadhaar ends in 1234, enter
SA1234). -
Your PET Admit Card will appear. Download and take at least two color printouts.
